By accessing or using QwikTax ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

QwikTax is an AI-powered website builder platform designed specifically for Chartered Accountants and Tax Professionals in India. We provide tools to create, host, and manage professional websites.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • One account per individual or firm; multiple accounts are not permitted

4. Subscription and Payments

  • Subscription fees are billed annually as per the selected plan
  • Free trial period is 6 months for new users
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days prior notice
  • All payments are processed securely through our payment partners

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Upload malicious code or viruses
  • Violate ICAI guidelines or professional ethics
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Use the platform for non-CA/tax professional purposes

6. ICAI Compliance

Our templates and designs are created keeping ICAI guidelines in mind. However, you are solely responsible for ensuring your website content complies with all applicable ICAI regulations, the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949, and any other professional standards.

7. Intellectual Property

  • QwikTax retains ownership of all platform features, templates, and technology
  • You retain ownership of your content uploaded to the platform
  • ICAI logos are used with appropriate permissions and guidelines
  • You grant us license to display your website content on our platform

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

QwikTax shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, and we may delete your data after 30 days.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
