Refund Policy

1. Free Trial Period

QwikTax offers a 6-month free trial for all new users. During this period, you have full access to all features of your selected plan without any payment. No credit card is required to start the trial.

2. Subscription Refunds

Within 7 Days of Payment

If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your subscription payment. The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

After 7 Days

Refunds are not available after 7 days from the payment date. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time, and your website will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

1. Email us at support@qwiktax.in with subject "Refund Request"
2. Include your registered email address and reason for refund
3. Provide your payment transaction ID or receipt
4. Our team will process your request within 2-3 business days

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Custom domain registration fees (if any)
• Third-party service charges
• Subscriptions cancelled after 7 days
• Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations

5. Plan Changes

Upgrading: When you upgrade from Starter to Professional, you will be charged the prorated difference for the remaining subscription period.

Downgrading: When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for downgrades.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation:

• Your website remains live until the end of the paid period
• No automatic renewals will occur
• You can download your website content before expiry
• After 30 days of expiry, your data may be permanently deleted

7. Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of extended service outages, technical issues preventing website access, or other exceptional circumstances, we may offer prorated credits or refunds at our discretion. Please contact support for assistance.
